Glen’s career history has a proven track record of delivering reintegration and livelihood programs and building relationships with inter-governmental service partners. He has provided consultancy and subject matter expertise for a variety of organizations, including the International Centre for Migration Policy Development, the Australian Government, the European Commission, and the Lowy Institute.

Glen has worked in national and international teams, initiating policy changes to increase inclusiveness and decrease disadvantage across immigration programs in Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.  His working background spans many sectors including immigration, education, agriculture, employment, international affairs and health.
