Melanie has been working at IRARA since 2017, where she holds the position of HR Manager, showcasing a passion dedication towards creating a positive and efficient work environment.

Holding a degree in International Business with Modern Languages, Melanie has previously worked for the World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva, and a law firm in Brussels before relocating back to the UK.

In her role as an HR Manager, Melanie prides herself on being approachable, empathetic, and fair. She is committed to making a significant contribution to the company’s success by ensuring that its most important asset – its employees – are valued, motivated, and equipped to perform at their best.
