Marketing Manager – Cyprus

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager role is a new role based in Cyprus, seeking to expand our global marketing provision. Responsibilities will include the design and delivery of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that strengthens IRARA’s current market position and supports its expansion into new service areas. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills to build brand awareness, generate leads, and position IRARA as a trusted partner in immigration and justice solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a marketing function within a growing international business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Positioning
    • Define and communicate IRARA’s value proposition across all service lines.
    • Develop a brand narrative that reflects IRARA’s evolution into escorting, detention management, and citizen services.
  • Market Research & Intelligence
    • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor trends in new sectors.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform business development and bid strategies.
  • Digital Marketing & Content
    • Manage IRARA’s website, social media, and digital campaigns.
    • Create thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) showcasing expertise in immigration and justice services.
  • Bid & Business Development Support
    • Collaborate with the Head of Bids to produce compelling marketing materials for tenders.
    • Develop sector-specific brochures, infographics, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Represent IRARA at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Performance Measurement
    • Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and lead generation metrics.
    • Report regularly on progress and impact.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing within B2G (business-to-government) or service sectors
  • Strong understanding of immigration, justice, or related industries (preferred)
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent ICT knowledge and experience of using all Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong market research, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
