IRARA is a global team of humanitarian and immigration specialists working together to ensure Positive Futures for everyone.

We operate in more than 20 countries working with people returning to their country of origin, supporting them to rebuild their lives within their communities. We are committed to creating Positive Futures for all through our experienced team on the ground – 100% of our team members are from the countries they support.

We have supported over 5,000 returnees globally providing jobs, start-up businesses, housing, schooling, medical care – we work individually with each returnee to develop the best plan for them.

Our global approach delivered locally means we are able to take the best of our experience and deploy it to each country, meaning our service is continuously improving and is easily deployable to new countries.

Our extensive experience has enabled us to support and advise European and International governments in all aspects of migration and policy.

“We provide trusted, unbiased support and guidance to individuals, empowering them to improve their economic and social situation and enabling them to live dignified lives.”
