IRARA is embedded within Sri Lanka’s national, provincial and community systems, ensuring returnees are reintegrated through recognised institutional pathways rather than supported in isolation.

Through structured engagement with ministries, semi-government bodies, hospitals, education providers and civil society networks, IRARA delivers sustainable reintegration aligned with national labour, migration and social protection frameworks.

 

Government & Stakeholder Alignment

IRARA is aligned with the following Government and Non-Governmental bodies ensuring that structured pathways are in place reintegration purposes.

Engaged in 2024 to strengthen national alignment and policy coordination.

Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment
Since 2024, IRARA has maintained structured engagement with SLBFE to formalise collaboration and recognition of our reintegration support. Ongoing dialogue with senior officials strengthens alignment with national overseas employment frameworks.

Industrial Development Board
Supports beneficiaries in developing viable, market-aligned business plans, including home feasibility assessments.

Vocational Training Authority
Provides NVQ certification through Recognition of Prior Learning, formalising skills and improving employability.

National Fisheries Society and Northsea Ltd
Support sustainable livelihoods in fisheries and coastal communities.
